Chart notes
BOLD EXAGGERATION went to the front to a pressured lead but was headed at the quarter pole and came again at the eighth pole to match strides inside BAR TAP to the wire under determined handling. BAR TAP stalked the pace from two wide around the first turn then moved up to engage the leaders at the three furlong marker and took a brief lead at the quarter pole but was engaged at the eighth pole and dueled to the wire and was denied. GIRL THIRSTY raced near the back on the inside around the first turn then steadily advance from two wide through the final turn but was no match for the top two. ART QUEEN pressed the pace from the inside around the first turn then fell back down the backstretch but came again and missed the show. REINA DEL SUR was unhurried through the final turn then made a late run to improve position. EMITYAAZ failed to menace. MARY JACK saved ground to no avail. CARPE HORSESHOE raced off the pace around the first turn then moved up to presse the pace to the three furlong marker and was done.
