Chart notes
ASK THE MONARCH set the pace in the two path, drifted out leaving the eighth pole and dug in gamely to prevail. AREACODEFIVEOONE pressed the pace in the three path, bid outside of the winner nearing the quarter pole, dueled to the wire and just missed. QUEEN MCKINZIE saved ground off the contested pace, angled into the three path turning for home, tried to split the top two finishers in midstretch, was not able to get through, angled in near the sixteenth pole and rallied inside. LADY MEGHAN prompted the pace in the four path and weakened in the lane. VENEZUELAN PRIDE trailed while racing well off the rail. AN OBJECTION LODGED BY THE RIDER OF QUEEN MCKINZIE AGAINST ASK THE MONARCH AND AREACODEFIVEOONE FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE LEAVING THE EIGHTH POLE WAS NOT ALLOWED.
