Chart notes
OLD HOMESTEAD sprinted away to set the pace, drew off around the turn to prove best. EMPIRE OF GOLD was hustled along to press the early pace then chased the leader to the wire to be second best. HAP HOT stalked the pace from three wide while racing evenly. LAGOON raced near the back early then moved up from three wide around the turn and flattened out. AUTUMNS STRONG MAN showed no early speed and passed tiring rivals. GENERAL SHIPMAN raced off the pace on the inside to the turn and gave way.
