LADY MONCLAIRE unhurried in the beginning, moved inside, drew closer in the middle stages, found traffic briefly at the five-sixteenths pole, tipped three wide then chased two wide into the lane, lacked room to split the top pair in upper stretch, found a seam and rallied between at the sixteenth pole and overtook SASSY PRANCELOT approaching the wire. SASSY PRANCELOT settled off the top pair while closest in pursuit, moved into striking distance on the backstretch, bid three deep at the five-sixteenths pole, dueled inside MIZ CLUBCALI turning or home, inched ahead in upper stretch, battled into the final sixteenth and yielded grudgingly to the winner in the end. SHEZMISBEHAVING stumbled shortly after the start, traveled between rivals into the first turn, moved out three deep on the backstretch, gained three, four, then five wide around the far turn, fought to the eighth pole and got outkicked in the late stages. MIZ CLUBCALI laid well off the pace in the two path, gained up the backstretch, bid four deep midway around the far turn, took over while dueling outside SASSY PRANCELOT late on the bend, lost command in upper stretch, weakened in the final sixteenth and lost third while not persevered with approaching the wire. ASHLEYS SANDCASTLE raced two wide then near the rail towards the back early, drew closer in the middle stages, gained quickly on the far turn but ran up on heels and checked at the five-sixteenths pole, moved out under left handed urging in the lane and finished with late run. GLACIER RIM traveled three deep at the back early, chased two then three wide on the far turn, tipped out into the lane and showed late effort to gain ground in the final furlong. DRAW ME raced inside a pair of rivals at the back, moved into range on the far turn, ran into traffic between the five-sixteenths marker and the quarter pole, angled out nearing the stretch and was never a factor. PROOF OF JAZZ dueled from outside to the five-sixteenths pole and folded.
