Chart notes
DURANGO JESS pressed the pace on the outside up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the three path, dueled in the lane and just got up to hold the win. DEAN'S LIST raced in the middle of the pack early, came around the turn in the three path, began a bid passing the quarter pole and gained ground late while drifting out to just miss. TIZLIGHTNING led the way on the inside through the opening quarter, continued around the bend in the two path, dug in in the lane and was caught late. COMPETITIVE IDEA raced into mild traffic early and switched to the outside to run off the pace up the backstretch, came around the turn in the four path and never threatened. BART SIP SOME raced off the pace on the inside up the backstretch, trailed the field while saving ground around the turn and showed no kick. GOOD BYE CHARLIE tracked the leader on the inside through the opening stages, saved ground around the bend and tired in the stretch.
