Chart notes
KATS PICK hustled along to prompt the pace down the backstretch then moved up to engage the leader midway through the final turn and matched strides outside of PRINCE PERFECTA to the wired and prevailed by winning the nod. PRINCE PERFECTA went to a clear lead down the backstretch then was headed midway through the final turn and matched strides inside of KATS PICK to the wire but was denied. BERNDT MARSHMALLOW raced off the pace while saving ground then made a rail bid in the stretch to save the show. LOUISIANA BARGAIN raced in the middle of the pack down the backstretch then made a mild two wide bid on the final turn and tipped out to four wide in upper stretch to make a belated bid and improve position. DIXIE'S ASTRO broke out leaving the gate and raced near the back and passed tiring rival late. EASY EDDIE A stalked the pace from three wide to the final turn and weakened. TAKE IT TO COURT pinched at the start and trailed the field to the first turn but was never a factor. MISSISSIPPI CO. was forwardly placed around the first turn then made a mild bid to the final turn but failed to sustain that bid. KAT'S SOLDIER saved ground to no avail.
