Chart notes
GUNS LOADED set the pace in the two path, was confidently handled along the rail rounding the turn, roused passing the quarter, kicked away in upper stretch, began to shorten stride late, but held on. TREATY OF ROME stalked in the four path, was coaxed from the three path midway around the turn, ran on turning into the stretch, and was gaining ground quickly late, but ran out of time. SEPTARIAN rated in the four path, was ridden around the turn, and finished evenly. MACHO MUSIC had an awkward start, laid in range in the two path, lost ground from the rail rounding the turn, angled out to the six path turning into the stretch, but made no impact. COOL INTENTIONS chased in the three path, floated out to the five path turning into the stretch, but did not threaten. MCKELLEN tracked in the three path but weakened. SONIC SKIDADDLE trailed throughout.
