Chart notes

RICHI (CHI) stalked along the rail, waited to the five-sixteenths pole then challenged outer rivals from the fence, put a head in front inside the quarter pole, kicked away from PLEASANT under right handed urging in upper stretch and remained clear under strong handling and flagging from a right handed crop through the final furlong. PLEASANT broke a hair slow, raced up close to the outside of the pacesetter, drew alongside DON'T BRING CRAZY on the turn, fought three deep at the quarter pole, dueled with RICHI (CHI) leaving the bend, lost touch with that rival in upper stretch but stayed on well to prove second best. DON'T BRING CRAZY set the pace up the backstretch, challenged from both sides on the turn, clung to a narrow advantage at the quarter pole, yielded to the top pair leaving the bend, faded in the lane but managed to save third. IRISH WAHINE settled off the rail, angled in to save ground through the turn, steered back out at the top of the stretch, kept on through the lane and missed the show honors. WINE ON TAP bobbled slightly at the start, came out and started to climb, dropped back three wide on the turn and came up empty in the lane.
