IT TAKES HEART went to the front, set the pace under pressure to her outside, moved clear leaving the backstretch, controlled the action in the two path on the turn, was asked in the three path into the stretch then drew off, was put to a right-handed crop coming to the furlong marker and proved much the best under steady urging. RAW POWER settled well off the pace, was urged along in the three then four path on the turn, turned into the stretch in the six path, swapped back to his inside lead outside the sixteenth-pole and willingly earned the place. JOLLY MISS JILL prompted the pace on the outside, chased in the three path on the turn, dropped back while remaining on his inside lead in the stretch, swapped to the proper lead outside the sixteenth-pole then drifted in and weakened but was clear for the show. APRIL ANTICS was well placed just off the pace, came under urging late on the backstretch, saved ground on the turn and came up empty. CONDIMENT GIRL settled just off the pace, was roused in the two to three path on the turn and failed to respond. SISTER LINDA stalked the pace on the outside, chased in the four path for most of the turn then dropped to the three path and tired. SUSPENDED CAMPAIGN moved out while urged along at the rear, went around the turn in the four to five path, dropped to the three path near the quarter-pole and was no factor.
