Chart notes
MOBIL LADY pressed the pace three wide into the stretch, responded under right then left handed urging and wore down rivals in a game effort. KETTLE KISS slow early, closed willingly along the inside through the stretch and finished second best. THE MIRACLE KIUT pressed the pace two wide for nearly a half mile, gained a narrow lead, maintained that advantage inside the sixteenth pole and was outfinished in the final stages. LADY JASPER stalked the pace four wide and finished determinedly. EXPRESS FASHION failed to menace. BOSSY LADY stumbled at the start, made the lead soon thereafter, set the pace inside rivals nearly a half mile then weakened.
