Chart notes
ROB THE RICH was outrun between rivals to midstretch then surged late to get up in time in a blanket finish. ALMOND CIDER engaged in heated duel outside and continued gamely but was nailed at the wire. STAR WEAVER broke sluggishly and raced far behind then moved wide with a strong late bid. MIZZEN MAN lacked speed along the rail and finished well in a tight finish. BIG WARDEN battled for the advantage inside then weakened in the final furlong. WOOD BE WILD raced off the leaders inside and flattened out in the stretch. SHANGHAI SUPERFLY lacked speed outside and failed to threaten. WILD MULE chased very wide in the second flight and proved empty in the stretch.
