Chart notes
R T'S WILDCAT pressed the pace, forwardly placed throughout, came around the turn on the inside, angled out, made a bid down the lane, took the lead, was all out and held on for the win. JAMAICAN ME lacked early speed, made a steady gain, rallied down the stretch, racing wide and needed more ground. REGINALD AURELIUS vied for the early lead, took command at the head of the stretch, drove clear and hung. HALF A BUCK raced evenly near the back and was no real factor. GILDERSLEEVE void of early speed and passed tired ones. LOUDTHUNDRHEVYRAIN raced in the middle of the field, saved ground around the turn and faded. SON CARLOS dueled on the front end and dropped to the rear.
