Chart notes
MUNNINGS CATSLE pursued from midpack in the two path, advanced inside of rivals in upper stretch, rallied in the three path and between foes into the final furlong, drove past the leader at the sixteenth pole and drew clear. LOVELY SASSICAIA pressed two wide, gained an advantage with five sixteenths to go, inched clear in upper stretch, drifted inwardly at the furlong grounds, but was caught by an outer bidder at teh sixteenth pole then held place. HANDSOME HAROLD showed the way inside of a pressing rival into the turn, got bested by that one with five sixteenths to go, yet kept on, shifted out in the final sixteenth and held show. BET ON BOBBY stalked along the inside, pursued in the three to four path in upper stretch, then chased evenly and missed show. CATALINA DAY tracked four wide, pursued in the five path around the turn, drifted to the seven path into the lane and stayed on while hanging on his left lead. FLAT OUT RUNNER bobbled a bit and was off a step slow, lagged behind along the inside and advanced inside of rivals in the final furlong. GATSBY'S FORTUNE raced off of the pace along the inside and failed to factor. NERVY raced off of the pace in the pace in the three to four path and failed to factor between horses. NATIVE STAR lacked speed in the four to two path around the turn, swung out to the eight path in upper stretch and failed to factor.
