Chart notes
WINOOSKI stalked the pace from the rail, got through inside of the pacesetter in upper stretch, took over leaving the eighth pole and drew off readily. REMERTON tracked the pace three wide, bid in upper stretch but, was no match for the winner but kept on for the place. SELECTO saved ground off the pace and ran on for the show. SPEED CONTROL set the pace along the rail and weakened through the final furlong. LAS OLAS raced off the early pace two wide, went four wide around the far turn and lacked the needed rally. MAGICSHADOW was outrun while racing two wide. ROYAL QUALITY pressed the pace two wide and faltered in the drive.
