SAPONARA prompted the pace on the outside, made a three wide bid in hand on the turn to take over nearing the quarter pole, drew clear by the furlong marker and then was kept to mild pressure to late and was in hand the final fifty yards. KAZ SWEET HEIST was settled early, three to four wide on the turn, came five wide into the lane and rallied to gain the place award. RUSTYS GFIVEFIFTY tracked the leaders three to four wide on the turn but lacked the needed bid while staying on for the show award. RIBBONS AND MEDALS set a pressured pace on the inside and was headed nearing the quarter pole and weakened in the final furlong. I ONCE STOOD ALONE chased the pace on the inside to the two path on the turn and had no rally. STARSTREET chased the pace two wide, then on the inside on the turn and angled out in the lane and had no kick. DROSEL DIEM broke in a tangle, then settled back and trailed three wide on the turn and never factored.
