Chart notes
CALL ME Q broke outwardly, prompted outside of the pace setter, vied in the four path around the turn, drove clear in midstretch and held sway. GUNNER BAY broke a beat slow, raced off of the pace in the four to five path, rallied while hanging on his left lead, dueled for place with an inner foe late and narrowly prevailed. THINK BIG was antsy in the starting gate, broke a step slow, trailed along the inside, rallied by split foes two wide at the sixteenth pole, vied for place late but missed. BANNED FOR LIFE stalked in the three to four path, then between horses turning for home and chased evenly through the lane. LINZER got fractious when an inner rival acted up in the gate, tracked along the inside, chased in the two to three path in upper stretch and lacked a bid. SHIP CADET showed the way in the two path while vying with an outer prompter around the turn, but weakened in midstretch.
