Chart notes
IRIDESCENT was coaxed along on the outside, gained in the four path on the turn, rallied to make a bid into upper stretch then took the lead, drifted in outside the furlong marker then was guided in by the rider, was guided further in while battling with two foes near the sixteenth-pole and narrowly prevailed under strong urging. VINSANITY dropped back after the start then was urged along at the rear, gained in the five path on the turn, made an outside bid into upper stretch, battled outside with two rivals into the final sixteenth, fought with the winner to the finish and just missed while able to get the place. AUGUSTINE RED settled off the pace, chased inside on the turn, cut the corner into the stretch, squeezed through inside the pacesetter to make a rail bid at the three-sixteenths pole, fought with the top two into the final sixteenth and was outfinished while well clear for the show. MUAZARAH tracked the pace on the outside then in the three path on the turn, chased into upper stretch and came up empty. JAVA BUZZ went to the front then showed the way, vied in the two path on the turn, lost the advantage in upper stretch and gave way.
