Chart notes
DREAM ON bumped with an inner foe at the start, stalked in the four path, bid three wide around the far turn, sustained that bid into the final furlong, and inched clear in the final sixteenth. TANK set the pace inside, was ridden around the far turn, dug in entering the stretch, but evened out in the final sixteenth. SCARECROW raced wellback in the four path, was coaxed in the two path midway around the far turn, fanned out to the seven path at the top of the lane, and rallied for show. CITY OF OSCARS rated in the four path, was cued three wide midway around the far turn, but finished evenly in the five path down the stretch. PAY THE JUICE tracked in the three path, was roused in the two path passing the quarter, but was one paced in the four path down the lane. SOLEIL VOLANT bumped with an outer foe at the start, trailed in the two path, was driven along the rail around the far turn, but was no factor. GENE AND JUDE laid up close in the three path, bid two wide rounding the far turn, but faded in the stretch.
