Chart notes
PIPE DREAMIN took control of the pace around the first turn, under snug hold set a modest pace into the far turn, felt the pressure when nearing the furlong marker, repelled that challenger through the final sixteenth, held sway driving. DREAM LEADER tracked the pace in a clean pocket into the far turn, roused in contention three deep leaving the quarter pole, ranged up just off the flank off PIPE DREAMIN nearing the sixteenth marker, could not punch by stubborn leader, settled second. PALACIO raced well back off the leaders into the far turn, angled off the inside and split rivals leaving the quarter pole, bid four wide in upper stretch, chased on to grab the show late. ADDY MAE stalked the leader two wide around both turns, put to task between runners leaving the quarter pole, weakened through the stretch. BUTTERFLY WORLD off to a slow start, roused on three wide down the back stretch, came up empty late. SWIPE THAT CANDY lacked speed away from the gate, trailed the field into the lane, went by sum faders. NEUTRAL CAUSE raced off the pace and just off the inside, never a factor through the lane. SPARKLEINYOUREYE raced off the pace and inside, weakened through the stretch.
