Chart notes
QUICK HAMMER was hustled from the gate then angled in while speeding clear, went around the turn in the two path and drew off under strong urging to prove much the best. JAKE ROCKS chased the pace, moved out near the five-eighths pole, pursued the winner in the three path through the turn and proved no match while clear for the place. THANK YOU JON was forced out and off a step slow, raced towards the back under urging, angled in late on the backstretch, moved from the two path to the rail early on the turn, saved ground into the stretch and weakened while clear for the show. PERSISTENT DANGER was urged along on the inside of opponents, dropped from the four path to the three path on the turn and tired. CAN'T BEAT ME settled towards the rear, saved ground on the turn and failed to threaten. DADS GOOD RUNNER broke out at the start, was urged along on the outside, moved from the six path to the five path on the turn and came up empty. G MUNNING was urged along between horses, traveled around the turn in the five then four path and retreated.
