Chart notes
SOCIAL LADY trailed the field, advanced on the far turn, came three wide into the lane, rallied outside, closed strongly in the final furlong, ran past the leaders and drew clear under urging. FLOGE tracked on the inside, chased inside on the far turn, rallied on the rail, was in tight and steadied at the sixteenth pole, then surged late on the rail and was just up for the place spot. TURN ON THE CHARM set the pace on the inside, showed the way on the far turn, dug in gamely in the two path in the stretch drive and lost second at the wire. THEGODDESSOFSNAKES raced off the pace inside, angled out entering the stretch, steadied behind a rival at the eighth pole and closed mildly. GOLDEN MOONLIGHT pressed the pace racing close up two wide, chased on the far turn, drifted out a bit at the furlong marker and weakened. GIRLFROMOUTERSPACE stalked the pace, chased on the far turn, came four wide into the lane and tired. AEGEAN SEA pulled early and was steadied between horses on the first turn, moved up three wide on the backside, chased and gave way.
