Chart notes
BAYTOWN SUNDANCE broke sharp and took command soon after the start, solo leader into the turn, under a steady hand ride around the bend maintained a clear advantage into the lane, kicked away late driving. MIDNIGHT KOA chased the leader from the two path, cleared off from inside rival in upper stretch, under a drive and on the left lead chased the winner through the wire, settled second. FEAR THE FACTS chased the pace from along the rail, saved ground around the turn and through the lane, chased on unable to gain ground on the top two, settled in for the show. CANDYLAND PHIL raced off the pace and four wide into the turn, under a drive and still four wide shied away from inside rival nearing the sixteenth marker, evened out to the wire. VERNOR'S JUNCTION raced off the top flight and three deep to the turn, pressed on while three wide leaving the furlong marker, flattened out to the wire. WAR THUNDER raced off the pace to turn, roused while chasing inside around the bend, came up empty. WE CALLED SOL broke slow no factor. OYSTER SOUP off to a slow wide start, never threatened.
