Chart notes
HAPPY hit the gate and bumped with ATTRACTED at the start, pulled the rider along up the backstretch, chased two wide around the turn, asked left handed in upper stretch, bid inside FIVE O COCKTAIL at the sixteenth pole, took over past the marker and held off ATTRACTED in the final strides. ATTRACTED stumbled and bumped HAPPY at the start, stalked outside that rival up the backstretch, went three wide around the turn, angled out at the top of the lane, challenged three deep in deep stretch and got outkicked by the winner. FIVE O COCKTAIL broke well then pressed the pace between rivals up the backstretch, moved up on even terms with the leader around the bend, cleared leaving the turn, challenged by rivals on both sides with a sixteenth left to go and yielded late. BLUE WILDCAT chased widest up the backstretch, navigated the turn in the five path and could not summon the needed rally. A REAL JEWEL prompted the pace three deep early, could not keep touch with the leaders and chased four wide through the turn, then flattened out in the lane. TIGER QUEEN set the pace inside a pair of rivals to the turn, headed by FIVE O COCKTAIL inside the five-sixteenths pole, yielded to that rival late on the bend and faded to last. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time. PER RULING #ECM2025-34 FROM HIWU, FIVE O COCKTAIL WAS DISQUALIFIED FROM THIRD TO UNPLACED DUE TO A POSITIVE TEST.
