Chart notes
SIPPIN ON GIN laid off of the pace in the four path, gained outside of rivals down the backstretch, bid three deep while still in the four path at the three furlong pole, forged an advantage entering the lane and held sway from an inner bidder. MISTERHOLYROLLER broke a step slow, laid well back in the three path, advanced between horses turning for home, split foes in upper stretch before offing a bid inside of the leader approaching midstretch, but was kept at bay. WHO IS CHIEF transferred contact from an inner rival to an outer foe at he start, stalked an outer rival from the two path into the backstretch, chased between horses around the far turn, drifted out to the five to six path while chasing into upper stretch and willingly sustained pursuit. DOGWOOD CROSSING pursued from midpack in the three path, chased in the four to five path and between rivals around the far turn, then stayed on mildly. REGATTA BAY raced at the rear two wide, improved in the six to five path around the far turn then sustained progress between horses. SOUTHSCAPE was bumped by an inner rival at the start, tracked in the three path, bid along with an outer rival at the three furlong, got outkicked by that one entering the lane and yielded. BOB'S CHANNEL broke slowly, lacked speed along the inside, then in the three path around the far turn and improved position. ISLAND CABANA pursued from the three path, chased getting floated to the five to six path around the far turn and gave way. TONI'S INFERNO pursued from midpack along the inside, awaited racing room around the far turn, moved out to the three path into the lane and failed to menace. STAR STAR STAR bumped an outer rival at the start, stalked along the inside, chased turning for home and caved entering the lane. NAVARRIAN moved forward tucking from the five to three path while clearing into the backstretch, but was collared by an outer bidding pair at the three furlong pole and weakened entering the lane. GEM OF A STORM steadied back from between horses early on, saved ground off of the pace and tired.
