Chart notes
TAM'S LITTLE ANGEL stalked along the inside, moved out a bit in upper stretch, challenged the leader midstretch and drove clear. DR. RAY D. raced in range two wide, tipped out and finished well to get up for second. UNWRITTEN CODE fought for the lead briefly from outside then sped clear and crossed over, led along the rail through the turn, cut the corner into the stretch, coaxed along into the final furlong, lost command at the sixteenth pole and weakened late. ROSE DAWSON tracked the pacesetter along the inside, saved ground through the turn, lacked room in traffic briefly entering the lane, stayed on the fence and finished evenly late. SONG OF SHADOWS broke well, showed early speed then took a stalking position behind the leader, went two wide around the bend and weakened in the drive.
