SALTWATER COWBOY broke a step slow, chased in the three path around the clubhouse turn, traveled in mid-pack outside a rival on the backstretch, made progress staying in the three path on the far turn, had the rider lose his crop midstretch, churned on late and got outfinished for the place and show. EASTBOUND traveled two wide off the pace, raced along the rail then shifted back to the two path on the far turn, moved out in the lane and improved position. NAVY MAN stalked from inside early, dropped out of range, ridden along the rail on the far turn then chased two wide into the lane and failed to respond. BOWTIE BOYS unhurried from the far outside, went five then four wide around the first turn, trailed up the backstretch, exited the backstretch in the three path, spun five wide into the lane and could not make an impact. HONEYMOON SUITE away quickly then stalked the leader in the two path around the first turn, was coaxed along when dropping out of range on the backstretch, went two wide then along the rail on the far turn and weakened. LAST CALL LONDON settled along the inside, saved ground well off the pace, eased in the lane and walked off.
