Chart notes
RUN RUDOLF broke well then pulled the rider into a stalking position to the outside the pacesetter POWERIZED to the far turn, was let loose approaching the quarter pole but struggled to pass that foe, finally got a head in front inside the furlong pole, took command and held of a late challege near the wire. JOHN DUNBAR was a little slow to get started but rushed up into contention before the turn, followed the eventual winner into the stretch then tipped out to the three path to make a final try but came up short in a solid effort. JIN TONG raced in the middle of the pack down the backside while forced to run in the five to six path, made a strong middle move at least five wide through the turn, and finished with a big run down the stretch and rallied to gain the third spot. POWERIZED was away well and gained the early advantage, led the field into the turn with RUN RUDOLF in close pursuit, came into the stretch with a short lead, battled to the furlong grounds then gave way late. B MINOR broke out and into the path of MEDIMPACT after the start, was still able to race up close to the turn, had to be ridden to keep pace passing the three furlong pole, maintained position into the stretch but could not improve. DIALED IN TO WIN was unable to contest the early pace, settled into stride then steadied hard near the nine-sixteenths pole, got clear in the two path through the turn, was blocked trying to find a way into the clear passing the three-sixteenths pole, but responded when set down and finished up well. SENSICAL broke well and showed some early speed then had to be pushed on to keep up passing the half-mile pole, came five wide into the stretch under steady urging but was outfinished. I AM FREAKY FAST was last away, saved ground to no avail and failed to menace. MEDIMPACT got squeezed after the break then trailed the field down the backstretch, went into a drive from the seven-sixteenths but could not make an impact. TOOLITTLETOOLATE raced close early, was poised to bid for the lead after passing the half-mile marker but lacked room, waited then tired and failed to rally in the stretch.
