Chart notes
LAWYER UP RILEY stalked the leader from the two path around the first turn, roused to quicken the tempo between runners for the run down the backside, shook off inside rival headed for the furlong marker, battled into the lane with outside rival, dug in gamely inside that foe, kicked clear under a drive late. HARBOUR BRIDGE raced off the top pair and four deep around the first turn, three wide as the tempo quickened into the far turn, took up the battled just to the outside of LAWYER UP RILEY headed for home, fought on to the sixteenth marker, chased on from there to secure the place. SUPERSONIC CRUISER off to quick start, vied inside around the first turn, the pace quickened rapidly as they raced three abreast into the far turn, along the rail lost a step into the lane, stayed on for the show. NORTH SHIP raced off the pace and two wide, driving split rivals nearing the three sixteenths pole, evened out through the wire. NO BRAKE NEEDED tracked off the pace around the first turn, found a nice clean pocket for the run into the far bend, clean run into the lane, flattened out. JOEL'S BOY raced off the pace and off the rail, roused hard into the far turn, gave way through the wire. MEGS GOLDEN BOY raced off the pace and three wide, weakened through the lane. ZAPTASTIC shuffled back at the start, never recovered. FLIGHT WAY slow start, chased to second off the pace, never a threat.
