Chart notes
PLANE TALK showed speed inside horses, saved ground around the turn, dueled with PRISONER through the stretch and determinedly prevailed. PRAYER OF JABEZ , four deep leaving the backstretch, bumped with THIEF IN THE NIGHT entering the turn, remained well off the rail and rallied late. PRISONER bid for the lead outside horses leaving the backstretch, dueled outside the winner through the lane and was out finished. LAWS OF MAN chased the pace in the two path between horses entering the turn, weakened and swung wide in upper stretch. BRIDLEUPTOTHEBAR , sent into contention soon after the break, was steadied in close quarters along the rail entering the turn then was not a late factor. ARMA D'ORO lacked speed, swung wide in upper stretch and was not a factor. THIEF IN THE NIGHT , a forward factor between horses leaving the backstretch, was checked when bumping with PRAYER OF JABEZ entering the turn. There was a stewards' inquiry concerning the run into the turn but no action was taken.
