Chart notes
COPPOLA set a clear pace along the the rail and held safe under a drive. CAPTURE THE LION raced off the pace three wide, rallied between foes and gained the place late. REEF RUNNER bumped at the start, raced off the pace three wide, angled six wide in upper stretch, continued on the left lead and rallied for the show. THAT'S RIGHT bumped at the start, raced two wide in midpack, angled five wide in upper stretch and rallied belatedly. JOHNNY PODRES saved ground off the pace and rallied belatedly at the rail. MUCHO DEL ORO bumped at the start, saved ground well back, tipped two wide in upper stretch and ran on. NOBALS bumped at the start, raced two wide and never threatened. YES I AM FREE chased the winner two wide in the clear and faded through the final furlong. PORTOFINO bumped at the start, raced three wide and never factored. AXTHELM was unprepared for the start, trailed inside and never reached contention. PANTHER ISLAND chased the pace inside and lacked a closing bid. SMITHWICK'S SPICE bumped at the start, chased the pace two wide and lacked a rally.
