Chart notes
LITTLE VIC set the pace in the two path, opened up under rousing while just off the rail approaching the quarter, and continued to inch away down the stretch. IMPLEMENTATION raced off the pace inside, moved up under a drive nearing the quarter, tipped out to the three path turning into the stretch, and chased home the winning pacesetter. TUMBARUMBA prompted the pace in the five path, was driven in the four path around the turn, but was one paced down the lane. ROCKET CAN raced in range in the three path, was driven around the turn, got stymied passing the quarter, angled out to the five path at the top of the stretch, but flattened. INSTANT COFFEE bumped with an outer foe and stumbled at the start, was wellback in the three path, swung out to the eight path under a ride turning into the lane, but made no impact. UPSTANDING bumped with an inner foe at the start, stalked in the six path, was driven in the five path around the turn, but weakened. CAPE TRAFALGAR raced up close in the four path, was cued in the two path midway around the turn, but retreated. BOURBON RESOLVE trailed in the five path early and never threatened. NORTHERN FLAME rated in the five path but never menaced.
