Chart notes
BIG ROJO raced within striking distance, forwardly placed throughout, all out, held on. AFFIRM CHIEF broke a step slow, ducked in, was unhurried in the early going, moved up on the inside around the second turn, split rivals down the lane and finished willingly. FLASHING ANGELBABY pressed the early pace, eased back, made a late bid and was outfinished. MUFFIN NUTS raced near the middle of the field, moved up at the 1/2 pole, made a move, but lacked enough late. MONITOR MILLS sprinted to the front, drove clear, saved ground and faded. SNIVELING void of early speed, moved up, but was no factor. ANDIAMO GIACOMO raced in the middle of the field, weakened and was no threat late, being vanned off after the wire. NASTY EXAGGERATOR pressed the early pace and dropped back. STATE OF THE UNION always raced near the back and showed little.
