Chart notes
MEGA CHARLIE cleared the field before the clubhouse turn, set the pace near the inside, responded when challenged on the far turn, pulled away and was kept to the task. WE BE THERE raced off the rail, off the pace, advanced on the far turn, made a strong inside bid at the quarter pole, dug in gamely in the stretch run and came up second best. EXIT RIGHT stalked the pace, then made an early move into contention, bid between rivals entering the far turn, chased the winner into the stretch and held for third. DOCTOR DOOM raced off the pace inside, chased on the far turn, closed mildly and bested the others. SAINT MARCO raced four wide on the first turn, settled off the pace, went five wide at the quarter pole and lacked a stretch rally. TRENDING UP raced three wide off the pace, chased three wide on the far turn, came four wide into the lane and failed to threaten. LONG GRAY LINE raced off the pace inside and failed to threaten. TRUTH AND HONESTY tracked close up on the inside, chased inside on the far turn and tired. THE TWINS SNEAKERS raced two wide off the pace and did not factor. MUCHO MACHO EDDIE stalked two wide, chased three wide on the far turn and faded. DUDLEY DICKERSON raced three wide off the pace and did not factor.
