Chart notes
MOJICA led the way up the backstretch, opened up while saving ground around the turn and drew off in the lane, in command throughout. NOBODY'S PERFECT raced in the middle of the pack on the outside early, navigated the turn from the three path and improved position in the stretch while proving to be no match for the winner. SHINY SHORES bumped lightly with the horse to his outside at the start, settled in the middle of the pack on the rail for the run up the backstretch, came around the turn in the four path and finished evenly. KING OF COUNTRY tracked the pace setter on the inside up the backstretch, raced in the two path around the bend and was outkicked in the lane. CALL ME HOLLYWOOD bumped with the horse to his inside leaving the gate, raced off the pace on the outside through the opening stages, swung out to the five path coming around the turn and passed tiring horses from there. GOLDEN GATO bumped mildly with the horses to either side at the break, settled in the middle of the pack between horses up the backstretch, saved ground around the bend and made no bid. SUNSHINE LUTE stalked the leaders on the outside early, navigated the turn from the two path and tired in the stretch. HEATED RUSH trailed the field throughout, came around the turn in the four path and was never a factor.
