Chart notes
EVER DANGEROUS settled off the pace while racing two wide, swung five wide turning for home, closed outside and was up in the final strides. CASHIER CHECK saved ground in range, tipped two wide in upper stretch, took the lead near the sixteenth pole and was nailed on the wire. BATTLE OF DOVER set the pace along the rail to the sixteenth marker and held well for the show. CLEAR VISION broke a bit awkwardly, saved ground off the pace and rallied between foes in the lane. THE MAR tossed his head at the start, saved ground throughout and never threatened. ONE TIME WILLARD hit the starting gate, raced off the pace three wide and lacked the needed rally. BREAKWATER hit the starting gate, chased the pace three wide and faded in the lane. TAPIT THREE TIMES prompted the pace two wide and tired in the drive. T B TWELVE ALWAYS played no factor while racing three wide.
