Chart notes
ECHO LANE stalked in the three path, was roused midway around the far turn, swung from the five path into the lane, bumped with the inner pacesetter while making a bid around the final sixteenth, and edged past an inner pair late. JUNCTION ROAD got bumped by an inner foe at the start, laid in range inside, was cued from the rail midway around the far turn, got stymied by the drifting pacesetter passing the eighth pole, but ran on to get up for place. THEN hesitated at the start, tracked in the two path, was coaxed between foes midway around the far turn, angled out to the six path at the top of the lane, and kept on. BRAWN bumped with an outer foe at the start, set the pace inside, was coaxed along around the far turn, swung from the three path into the stretch, drifted in passing the eighth pole, then back out and bumped with an outer foe around the sixteenth, and was caught on both sides late. PALM TREE broke out and bumped an outer foe, laid off the pace in the two path, was cued midway around the far turn, swung out to the seven path turning into the lane, lugged in around the sixteenth, and made no impact. ROYAL SPIRIT was unhurried along the inside, coaxed passing the quarter, floated out to the five path at the top of the stretch, but did not factor. ROUNDTOP rated inside but flattened in the four path down the lane. BETTERDAYSRCOMING (IRE) was held up in the two path, angled out to the seven path turning into the stretch, but did not threaten. PRINCETOWN laid up close in the two path but yielded in the stretch. THORNBURY bumped with an inner foe at the start, raced in midpack in the three path but weakened. RAGUEL got pinched at the start, chased in the four path but was no menace.
