Chart notes

COPPERLITE was allowed to settle in mid pack under confident handling, advanced three wide in hand on the far turn and ranged up four wide off the turn and made a bid and drew off under mild left handed crop urging. GOLDEN JUAN dueled for the lead to the outside of a rival, continued to battle while two to three wide on the turn and then proved to be no match for the winner while staying on to be second best. SHIVAREE was away alertly and dueled for the lead on the inside to upper stretch and weakened while keeping on for the show award. POST FACTO was reserved early, three to four wide on the turn and came five wide into the lane and had a belated rally for the last spot in the superfecta. CUPID'S DUDE was reserved on the inside early, two wide on the far turn and improved late. FEUILLETON was four wide into the first turn, chased the pace three to two wide and weakened. MISSION KEY was settled back early on the inside, two to three wide on the far turn and lacked a rally. LORD KNOWS was allowed to settle on the inside and tired. LOOKIN AT ROSES was settled back to trail the field and never factored. WANDERING WEST was five wide into the first turn, reserved on the outside and then was pulled up leaving the half mile marker, was loaded onto the Equine Ambulance for further evaluation.
