Chart notes
SACRED SAINT tracked the embattled leading pair from just off of the inside around the turn, tipped to take aim outside of them in upper stretch, bid nearing midstretch, gained an advantage before driving clear at the furlong grounds and held sway. SWEET CHARLIZE settled at the rear whlie tucking to the two path into the turn, swung out to the six path entering the lane, rallied while hanging on her left lead to bid outside of the clear leader in the final sixteenth, but needed more to reel her in. SPECTACULAR FORCE chased from midpack in the three path, drifted out to the five path entering the lane, bid for place along with an outer rival at the furlong grounds, but got outkicked and held show. PRINCESS POM POM lacked speed in the four path, got floated out to the seven path entering the lane and ran on mildly. AZTEC EMPRESS dueled for the lead with an inner rival into and around the turn, but was outkicked by an outer bidder in midstretch and faded. GOING THE DISTANCE dueled for the lead with an outer bidder into the turn, clung to an advantage through upper stretch, but was bested by a wider challenger nearing the furlong grounds and weakened.
