Chart notes
SNELL FLICKA prompted the pace two wide down the backstretch, took over entering the turn, shook clear before the furlong marker and just lasted under left handed urging. C F V TU BRUTUS allowed to settle, drifted out to the seven path entering the stretch, dug in determinedly late and just missed getting up in time. JEN'S BATTLE unhurried early, began to close ground widest down the backstretch, advanced steadily on the far turn and in the eight path through the stretch despite her rider losing his crop at the furlong marker and missed getting up in time by a narrow margin. BIG JAVA allowed to settle, swung wide and closed a gap late in the nine path. BLAZING ZENNA stalked the pace into the stretch, was in a bit tight between rivals turning for home then gave way readily. SWEET BELEN set a pressured pace along the inside for nearly three furlong, kept on into the stretch and weakened late. GIRO KATE trailed. THE RIDER OF BLAZING ZENNA LONDGED A CLAIM OF FOUL AGAINST THE RIDERS OF C F V TU BRUTUS AND JEN'S BATTLE FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE ENTERING THE STRETCH. AFTER REVIEW THE STEWARDS UPHELD THE ORIGINAL ORDER OF FINISH.
