Chart notes
BEDARD broke on top, set the pace inside, shrugged off nearest pursuer into the stretch, stayed clear through the stretch. KING RUSSELL floated out at the break, chased the winner while off the inside, moved a bit closer turning for home, fell back back off that one into the lane, slowly coming back to that one late, gained the nod for the place. DAILY GRIND in tight, off step slow, raced off the the pace toward the inside, staged a rally up the inside, narrowly missed the place. SHATTUCK in tight at the start, trailed, angled four wide turning for home, staged a mild, belated rally. PHREDDIE MAC void of speed, saved ground turn, passed a few tiring rivals while not a serious threat. MONEYSHOT in mid pack off the inside, four wide into the lane when falling back to trail, picked off a couple of faltering rivals while not a serious threat. MISCHELOF (CHI) broke in, was straightened to race within striking distance, backed up through the lane. ULTIMATE STRIKE broke out, was forwardly placed for five furlongs toward the inside, gave way.
