Chart notes
SWEET BROWN SUGAR broke in front then dropped back, was urged along at the rear, chased in the two path on the turn, gained in the three path into the stretch, took the lead inside the three-sixteenths pole, fought outside of two foes into the final furlong then moved clear under steady urging. OCEAN GATEWAY broke a step slow, moved up to dispute the pace on the outside, vied in the three then two path on the turn, lost the lead to the winner while under a drive inside the three-sixteenths pole, battled with rivals into the final furlong and was outfinished while able to get the place. RACHEL'S ROCK tossed her head while taken in hand early, stalked the pace on the outside, was asked leaving the backstretch, vied in the four then three path on the turn, spun into the stretch in the four path and weakened but safely secured the show. DAME CINCO contested the pace on the inside of a rival, was asked along the rail on the turn, turned into upper stretch under the crop, dropped back into the final furlong then moved out and tired. DISCO EBO stumbled severely the second jump from the gate and unseated the rider then was walked off after being apprehended by an outrider.
