Chart notes
DREAM MONEY led the way up the backstretch, came around the turn in the two path and kicked clear in the stretch after drifting out in the lane. MARKING'S MIRACLE tracked the leader on the inside up the backstretch, saved ground around the turn, raced into traffic in upper stretch and chased on from there. KAYE stalked the leader on the outside through the opening quarter, navigated the bend from the two path and weakened in the lane. LA JOLLA BEACH raced off the pace between horses early, continued around the turn in the three path and made up some ground in the stretch. LEONAS GIRL raced off the pace on the outside up the backstretch, came around the bend in the four path and made no bid. LEAP YEAR NIGHT raced in the middle of the pack between horses up the backstretch, swung out to the five path coming around the turn and faded in the lane. EMPRESS IN FRONT trailed the field up the backstretch, moved up while racing in the three path around the turn, fell entering the stretch and later walked off. THE RIDER OF HORSE ONE, MARKING'S MIRACLE, CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST HORSE THREE, DREAM MONEY, CITING INTERFERENCE IN UPPER STRETCH. UPON REVIEW, NO CHANGES WERE MADE TO THE ORDER OF FINISH.
