Chart notes
MIA'S ANGEL off a step slow to begin, allowed to settle into the first turn and content to trail through the backstretch, loomed four wide nearing the quarter pole, took command at mid-stretch and drew away under hand urging late. MIGGI bobbled leaving the start and was away a bit slowly, recovered and tracked the moderate pace from between runners, bid three wide nearing the quarter pole, vied into the stretch, could not keep pace with the winner late and was second best. CAJUN GAL sent to assume early command, set moderate fractions to the half-mile marker, came under pressure into upper stretch, gave way in the lane but held for third. CHACHITA sped to an early lead then ceded the front, stalked the moderate pace while saving ground up the backstretch, chased two wide to the quarter pole, vied between foes into the stretch then weakened. HIGH TRACK tracked the pace while saving ground and lacked a response in the stretch. BENET tracked the pace three wide to the half-mile marker, could not keep pace into the far turn and tired.
