Chart notes
LA CIENEGA stalked close up outside, bid three wide on the turn, took over in upper stretch, edged away at the sixteenth marker and held on late, driving. HALEIGH B was off a bit slow, raced close up between rivals, steadied in tight entering the turn, moved up four wide at the quarter pole, rallied outside, dug in gamely in deep stretch and made a strong late bid. ROLLS ROYCE JOYCE tracked close up on the inside, chased inside on the turn, rode the rail into the stretch, lacked a rally in the final furlong and got third. ROAD TO DREAMS set the pace on the inside, then in the two path, dueled two wide into the stretch, dug in and faded late.
