Chart notes
DANCIN WITH ANGELS sprinted to the front, drove clear, saved ground, led throughout and was kept to the task. EMERALD EXPRESS pressed the pace, saved ground around the final turn, angled out, made a bid, finished willingly and was best of others. BARON OF THE NILE pressed the pace, came around the second turn on the outside, forwardly placed throughout, proved no match for the top two, but held on for third. BIND FAITH lacked early speed, made a mild bid and was outfinished for third. MR. B CAUSE raced near the back, came around the first turn wide and was never a threat. REAL ACTION raced within striking distance and faded. DOCTOR LEO always raced near the back, came around the second turn on the outside, finished wide and showed little.
