Chart notes
INCANTO (IRE) tracked inside, was coaxed from the rail passing the three-eighths mark, bid while floating out to the five path at the top of the lane, took a narrow lead passing the eighth pole, and drew clear. MR. BINKS bumped with an inner foe at the start, set the pace in the two path, was cued passing the quarter, tipped out to the three path at the top of the stretch, stayed on, lost the lead passing the eighth pole, but held place. ADMIRAL NELSON hit the outer part of the gate then bumped with an outer foe at the start, chased in the two path, was coaxed in the three path midway around the turn, angled out to the five path at the top of the lane, and finished evenly to be up for show. INCOMING prompted the pace in the three path, was cued midway around the turn, but faded in the stretch. REPLEVIN rated inside, was ridden around the turn, but made no impact. AWESOME EMPIRE always trailed from the two to three paths.
