Chart notes
BETSY'S ALL IN stalked along the inside, then from the two path down the backstretch, sustained pursuit of the newly clear leader around the far turn, bid outside of that one entering the lane and drove clear. CRAWFISH BURL prompted outside of the leader and from the three path, drew clear whlie tucking to the inside entering the far turn, but proved no match for an outer bidder entering the lane then lasted for place. QUEEN OF THE MOON was bumped between horses and shuffled back at the start, trailed early on, launched progress in the five path and outside of rivals into the far turn, then stayed on to miss reaching place at the wire. SMART IZZY tracked four to three wide into the backstretch, chased from the three path around the far turn and tired. EASY ACES lacked speed in the two path, trailed into the backstretch, lagged behind approaching the far turn, then improved position. ARTIE'S DEAL tracked two wide and between horses, tucked to the inside with a half mile to go, but steadied hard when shuffled back behind the early leader entering the far turn, quickly faltered along with that one and failed to re-rally. COUSHATTA CUTIE pursued three wide and between horses around the first turn, then failed to factor. CANADIAN CARLA showed the way just a bit off of the rail as an outer rival applied pressure into the backstretch, but quickly wilted into the far turn and readily stopped.
