Chart notes
SMOOTHDINI broke a step slow and brushed with an inner rival at the start, pursued from midpack in the four path before tucking to the inside approaching the backstretch, crept closer down the backstretch, stalked comfortably from the pocket around the far turn, smoothly tipped two wide entering the lane, bid and drove clear. MY BARILEY settled off of the pace along the inside, chased in teh four path and between rivals around the far turn, shifted inwardly in upper stretch, rallied to offer a bid for place between rivals in the final sixteenth, forged that position and held from an outer counterpart. FABLED RULER was slow into stride and trailed along the inside early on, swung out to the seven path entering the lane, altered course inside of a drifting rival in midstretch, rallied between horses in the final sixteenth and missed place. COOL QUARTET tracked along the inside, moved to the two path nearing the backstretch, chased in the three path and between rivals around the far turn, floated out five wide into the lane, but drifted further out while sustaining pursuit through midstretch, attempted a bid for place in the final sixteenth but got outkicked by an inner pair late. MISCHIEF'S MACHINE stalked tucking to the inside around the first turn, moved forward up a vacated rail to bid inside of the leader with a half mile to go, forged an advantage around the far turn, but was bested by an outer bidder in upper stretch and tired. SILENT POWER brushed with an outer foe leaving the gate, laid off of the pace in the two path, chased while tipping to the three path in upper stretch and lacked a bid. RIGHTANDJUST showed the way in the three path, met an inner challenge with a half mile go, got headed while coming under urging around the far turn, but floated to the four path entering the lane and faded between horses. HE GOTS TO GO brushed with an inner foe at the start, lacked speed in the four path and made little impact. SUPER WISE tracked from the three path, chased in the five to six path around the far turn and tired. IL CAPITANO stalked in the four path, but faltered with a half mile to go and was eased through the lane.
