Chart notes
SABI pursued from midpack two wide, advanced in the four path around the far turn, bid outside of the leader while hanging on his left lead in upper stretch, changed leads to forge an advantage at the furlong grounds, drove clear and held sway. THE PADDOCK PASTOR broke a step slow, trailed two wide early on, then in the three to four path around the far turn, built momentum while swinging out to the seven path into the lane, rallied on his left lead before changing over at the furlong grounds, claimed place at the sixteenth pole then closed in on the clear leader late but was kept at bay. SIR PISTOLERO pursued from midpack along the inside, then two wide and between horses around the far turn, chased along the inside through upper stretch, tipped to gain show from between horses leaving the sixteenth pole and held that position from an outer bidder. SENDERO hopped slightly and was last away, laid well back along the inside, took the far turn in the two path before moving to the four path entering the lane, pursued behind rivals before altering course outwardly in midstretch, then ran on while hanging on his left lead, changed over late and missed reaching fourth. RIGHTHERE RIGHTNOW settled off of the pace along the inside, took the far turn in the three path, chased in the four path entering the lane and pursued evenly among foes. RUNNIN MUNNIN showed the way along the inside via a clear margin while well in hand, remained loose around the far turn, moved to the two path into the lane, but was caught by an outer bidder nearing the furlong grounds and faded. TREATY broke a beat slow and steadied out of tight quarters between horses at the start, laid off of the pace in the two to three path, entered the lane in the five path and failed to factor. MAN ON ATTACK stalked outside of the leader and from the three path, chased that clear foe around the far turn and faded between horses entering the lane. PICO D'ORO tracked along the inside, but faded while remaining in hand around the far turn and was eased through the lane. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
