Chart notes

DURANTE off a step slow, quickly moved up to a forward position off the rail, applied pressure to the leader into and through the turn, put a head in front when straightened for home, edging clear late in a sharp effort. GLENGARRY broke alertly and was quickly clear, was pressured through the turn along the inside, dueled through upper stretch, gave ground grudgingly to the winner the final furlong while clearly best of the others. RUN CLASSIC off a step slow, raced back, fanned five wide into the lane, proved no match for the top pair. RYVIT forwardly placed early, fell back into the turn, saved ground into the stretch and went evenly to the wire in lacking a closing response. CHASING TIME off a step slowly, four wide and between horses into the stretch, lacked a response stretch. SIR WELLINGTON forwardly placed for a half, three wide into the lane, backed up through the stretch.
